BRIEF CAMP DESCRIPTION: Since 1921, Camp Wayne, a family-owned “brother-sister” camp, has been a place where friendships and memories extend long past summer. The Wayne Experience is about learning, developing relationships, building confidence and, most of all, having fun.
CAMP INSTRUCTIONAL ACTIVITIES OFFERED:
Sailing, Adventure, Swimming, Waterfront/Aquatics, Wilderness/Nature, Fine Arts/Crafts, Music/Band, Theater, Soccer, Tennis, Golf, Team Sports, Basketball, Baseball, Football, Weightloss, and more. Hockey, Lacrosse, Mountain Biking, Fishing, Archery, High/low Ropes, Climbing, Nature, Golf, Waterski, Wakeboard, Kayaking, Canoeing, Music.
CAMP LOCATION: Camp Wayne is located in the Endless Mountains of Pennsylvania, approximately 150 miles north of New York City. Our campus us set on 420 acres and includes two private lakes.
CAMP FACILITIES: Modern cabins with bathroom facilities in the bunk. Two private lakes, swimming pool, 12 tennis courts, golf facility with driving range, chipping/putting green, state of the art adventure program with four-sided climbing wall, two zip lines, high and low ropes course, archery range, three baseball fields, two soccer fields, two indoor gyms, fitnes center, hockey rink, lacrosse field, skate park, two gaga pits, indoor game room, canteen, three outdoor and three indoor basketball courts, arts program with cooking, woodshop, ceramics, and crafts.
CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Our program is designed to ensure that our campers have a well-rounded camp experience that includes, sports, arts, aquatic and adventure activities. As our children get older, they have more choice in their daily activities.
CAMP LEADERSHIP CIT/LIT PROGRAMS: CIT program for boys who have completed 10th grade and an LIT program for boys that have completed 11th grade.
